Here is a little about my knowledge and experience so you can make an informed decision to visit me. The varied treatments I offer are stunning and delivered with expertise after many years in the beauty industry. I have selected some of the most beautiful treatments for you to feel like you’ve switched off and stepped into a spa, from equilibrium massages to tailor-made facials. I also offer aesthetic practices such as vitamin injections and sunspot removal to revive your skin and improve how you feel within.
I have worked in the beauty industry for 28 years and enjoy it thoroughly. I began my career at the beautiful Ragdale Hall Health Hydro in Leicestershire where I became a senior therapist. I then moved to working on cruise ships for Steiner Transocean where I became spa manager. I was lucky to travel the world whilst doing what I love - making people feel special with custom made treatments.
After 3 seasons I returned to my hometown of Manchester and started my teaching career in the Manchester College. I worked up to manager of the Service and Retail Industries department and acquired other managerial roles along the way including quality assurance, mentoring and observations champion. After 11 years it was time to move on as I missed the client interaction and first-hand positive experience of giving beauty treatments.
Beauty Bee launched in 2016 and has gone from strength to strength since. I opened a salon and beauty outlets at Moorend Golf Range, Withington Baths, Limelight Independent Living and Manchester University, and set up a private beauty studio at my home in Cheadle. I developed MBC, a beauty product range and manufacturing company that distributes worldwide and won Best New British Beauty Brand 2017. My extensive experience led me to be an external assessor of quality assurance in beauty examinations and qualifications for colleges across the Northwest and London.
Over the years I have also been involved in private make-up parties, Jennifer Young - Beauty Despite Cancer, My Beauty Agenda - working with patients in hospitals, beauty event management, charity catwalk shows, TV shows, theatre and film, and voice overs for beauty products.
